Planète Dauphins attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, RGPD (GDPR), and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data necessary to manage your booking and the customer relationship:

Booking data : surname, first name, email address, telephone number, date and slot of the outing, number of participants.
Payment data : processed directly by our secure payment provider. We do not store your banking details.
Browsing data : via cookies (see section 7), notably for audience measurement purposes.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Management of bookings and the customer relationship — legal basis: performance of the contract.
Compliance with our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting) — legal basis: legal obligation.
Improvement of the site and audience measurement — legal basis: your consent (cookies).
Information and communication where applicable, about our offers — legal basis: legitimate interest or consent.

4. Recipients of the data

Your data is intended solely for the authorised staff of Planète Dauphins and, where applicable, for our technical service providers (host, payment provider, booking tool) acting as processors (sous-traitants). We neither sell nor rent your data to third parties.

5. Retention period

Booking data: for the time necessary to process it, then archived for the legal retention period for accounting records (10 years).
Prospects (enquiries without a booking): 3 years from the last contact.
Cookies: see the period indicated in section 7.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, loss or disclosure (secure connection, restricted access).

7. Cookies

The site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation as well as, subject to your consent, audience measurement cookies. You may at any time accept or refuse non-essential cookies and change your preferences. Consent cookies are kept for a maximum of 6 months; audience measurement cookies for 13 months.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the RGPD (GDPR), you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, as well as the right to set directives concerning how your data should be handled after your death.
